SIG 556

The Picatinny rail equipped receiver is made of high strength carbon steel with a durable wear-resistant Nitron X rifle finish. The trigger housing is made from a heat treated aircraft grade aluminum alloy with a hard-coat anodized finish designed to survive extreme conditions. The rifle comes equipped with a smooth two-stage trigger. The SIG 556 also features an ambidextrous safety and is designed to accept standard AR magazines. A 30-round magazine is supplied with each rifle. Spare battery compartments are provided in the ergonomically designed pistol grip as well as the rubber padded watertight adjustable butt stock. The butt stock also offers sling attachment points. In addition to the standard model SIG 556 which will begin to ship in late Fall of 2006, SIGARMS will also offer the SIG 556 SWAT. The SWAT model will feature the same compact design of the standard SIG 556 with 16 barrel but will feature a flat top Picatinny railed receiver and a tactical quad rail. These two rifles are the first of several new SIG 556 models that are currently in development at SIGARMS. The wait is over. The new U.S. made SIG 556 begins shipping in late Fall because the time has come.

Ruger blackhawk This (MINI 14 MOUNTS) one I took in on a

Ruger blackhawk

This one I took in on a trade 5 years ago and fired it once. It is in great shape and fired very well and was more acccurate than Ruger blackhawk . I did adjust the sights ( which are adjustable) and was very pleased with the groups it shot. It has very slight wear near the end of the barrel but small Ruger super blackhawk, Cylinder looks great.

HEARING PROTECTION

A. First, we are the only company to offer true, Dynamic Level Sound Compression. While others claim to offer ‘compression’ technology, they are in fact offering old technology such as ‘Peak Clipping’, which merely shuts off the electronics when presented with a high noise level or ‘HEARING PROTECTION‘, which reacts to high noise levels by lowering the volume. ‘Peak Clipping’ just turns the amplification off so nothing is heard. ALC does not ‘compress’ the dangerous sound levels and raise softer sounds, therefore, the ability to hear lower sound levels during an instance of high sound levels is defeated. Only Ridgeline’s ‘DLSC’ technology protects hearing while at the same time allows the wearer to hear lower sounds. DLSC instantly reacts to ‘compress’ all noises over the 70 dB threshold by 50% to a safe level and amplifies all sounds below that to 70 dB.
B. Our Attack/Recovery Time is the fastest in the industry at 1.7 milliseconds. Others are as long as 20 milliseconds.
C. Our sound quality (now audiophile quality) is the clearest, most natural ever offered and you can tell the difference as soon as the units are turned on. While others sound ‘tinny’ or muffled, PRO EARS are clear and natural.
D. Our models are lighter and our adjustable, padded headbands and special replaceable Sealing Rings make PRO EARS the most comfortable to wear.
E. Each cup has its own set of independent electronics and controls so each may be adjusted separately. This eliminates the need for connecting wires running across the top of the headset to snag or break.
F. We use a lighter, smaller, less-expensive ‘N’ battery that provides longer life than the 9 volt, AA or AAA batteries used by our competitors. PRO EARS get a minimum of 200 hours battery life while some competitive products get only 45 to 50 hours. I traded it for a Ruger security six and took a loss on a $745 pistol (IIRC he gave me $500 and he’s a good friend of p89 ruger). I figured I could live with the MIM small parts as long as the frame and slide were forged (easier to replace those).

YMMV, but after that I never owned another Para Ordnance and to this day I refuse to purchase any cast frame firearm (including Para Ordnance , Caspian, etc.)

I want to make something happen. I always try to be fair in my dealing. I understand FN is no longer going to import the Hi Power; take that for what it’s worth in the effect on values.

Well I think I lost it. I offered to buy a colt 1911 part sight unseen the other day. The price seemed right so what the hell. Well the gentleman showed up with it and I bought it. I have to say I’m not a fan of nickle plating but it’s growing on me.
I can’t figure out the barrel set up. The barrel sticks out the front a half inch? It looks like a bull barrel with no p85 ruger. The guide rod is a full length one in blued.

NIGHT VISION

Enhanced intensity NIGHT VISION is simply the ability to see with very small quantities of light. Although the human visual system can, in theory, detect single photons under ideal conditions, the neurological noise filters limit sensitivity to a few tens of photons, even in ideal conditions [1]. Some animals have evolved better night vision through the use of a larger optical aperture, improved retina composition that can detect weaker light over a larger spectral range, more photoefficient optics in the eye, and improved neurological filtering which is more tolerant of noise. SAMSON M.R.F.S. - Ruger hand gun I just picked up a Ruger

I just picked up a Ruger P95 for $200. It came with the neutered 10 rd mags but was in the box and looks like it’s had less than a box of shells fired through it.
I’ve never owned a P95 before but have had two ruger single six (which I liked but traded off). I still have some of the P89 15 rd mags and they fit well in the P95.
It’s been a while since I’ve dealt with Ruger semiautos and it may be a week or so before I shoot it.
Is the P95 as good, better, or worse than the P89s?

AR15 Upper

That s it for tools! Now here are the step-by-step instructions:

1. Remove the upper from the rifle. Remove the AR15 Upper. Using the instructions listed in the above posts, remove the barrel from the upper receiver. (you dont have to fully remove the barrel…. just the barrel nut/delta ring assembly, and you could leave the gas tube in the FSB) We will be assuming a full dis-assembly for this guide) You MUST remove any type of muzzle device first…. flash hider, muzzle brake, etc… If these are permanently mounted, then they will have to be removed. Depending on their method of attachment, it may be adviseable to have a competent gunsmith remove them and reinstall them.

Now we need to remove the FSB (front sight base) from the barrel. The pins in the FSB are typically tapered. This means they can only be removed one way. (I am told that RRA and LMT use straight pins, not tapered, so those should be even easier) Look on both sides of the FSB and determine which side of the pins is the SMALLER end. It should be the left side, and we will be knocking the pins out from left to right. NOTE - Stag Arms has been shipping uppers with FSB taper pins on the opposite side of most uppers - so be sure to examine your FSB!
